User Agreement

This Pinlio User and Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is concluded between VEMedia Interactive Media Internet and Promotion Services Ltd. Co. (hereinafter “Pinlio”) and internet users who will register with or visit https://www.pinlio.com (hereinafter “Pinlio.com”) (hereinafter “User”).

1. Pinlio.com is a social‑network‑style platform providing its members with a space to post blogs, share news, comment, and join discussions.

2. By registering on or visiting Pinlio.com, the User is deemed to accept this Agreement.

3. The User commits to comply with this Agreement, any terms and conditions announced or to be announced by Pinlio, and the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liability belongs to the User.

4. To publish content, comment, follow others, add favorites, and send messages, the User must register by clicking “Sign Up” on the homepage and providing email, username, name, password, and other required details, or by signing up via Facebook. However, browsing, sharing content, reacting with emojis, and commenting via Facebook can be done without signing up.

5. No unlawful content may be in the User’s account. Impersonation, using another person’s identity without consent, or creating provocative usernames is prohibited.

6. The User must provide accurate, complete information for their account and keep it updated.

7. If the User signs up via Facebook, they grant Pinlio access to their Facebook profile data as permitted during registration. Privacy settings on Facebook can be adjusted by the User.

8. The User can delete their Pinlio.com account at any time via the “Delete Account” button in profile settings. Deleted accounts may be reactivated later.

9. The User acknowledges that Pinlio may reward users or terminate any account at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without reason, and the User cannot make any claims against Pinlio in such cases.

10. Accounts inactive for 1 year (no login or content updates) may be deleted by Pinlio.

11. All rights to the Pinlio.com domain, subdomains (including member-hosted ones), and accounts belong to Pinlio. Users have no rights over subdomains. Deleted account subdomains may be reassigned.

12. Posting content or sending messages that harass, threaten, intimidate, or insult other members is prohibited. Violators may be expelled from the platform following review.

13. All information, data, texts, photos, videos, audio clips, comments, articles, software, code, and graphics on Pinlio.com are collectively referred to as “Content” and may be provided by Users or Pinlio editors.

14. Uploaded content must be accurate and up-to-date. The User is fully responsible for the correctness, timeliness, and legal compliance of any content they share or create, whether publicly or privately. Pinlio.com may also use AI-generated content.

15. Pinlio has the right, at any time and without notice or justification, to remove, edit, modify, or block any Content at its discretion. Pinlio is not liable for User-provided content. The User irrevocably agrees that they will not make claims against Pinlio in such cases.

16. Pinlio may reject, delay, or refuse to publish any User-submitted Content, emails, or messages without providing reason.

17. Content found on Pinlio.com may only be used for their intended purposes within the platform. Users are prohibited from using, imitating, altering, distributing or storing Content for other purposes, including commercial exploitation or infringement of third-party rights.

18. No content published on Pinlio.com may be reproduced, published, or used in any medium whatsoever without the permission of the Content owner and Pinlio.

19. The User guarantees that any content they submit will not infringe on third-party personality, privacy, defamation, pornography, obscenity, insults, violence, racism, discrimination, or illegal content.

20. The User may not post advertisements, hidden promotional content, or spam without Pinlio’s prior written approval. Commercial use of Pinlio services requires contacting Pinlio directly.

21. Pinlio may make certain areas, categories, or services of the site subject to a fee and determine those fees unilaterally.

22. Even after account termination, the User remains responsible for all actions, content, and activities associated with their account.

23. Pinlio will exercise due care to secure accounts, but the User is solely responsible for account credentials. They must not share them. If an account is compromised, the User must immediately notify Pinlio. Any misuse, including unauthorized content submissions, is the User’s responsibility.

24. The User must not interfere with other users’ access, damage the site, upload viruses or harmful code, tamper with infrastructure, access unauthorized systems or data, reverse-engineer code, alter, transform, translate, or replicate content to other sites, or distribute harmful materials. Pinlio reserves all rights to pursue legal action.

25. If the User breaches this Agreement, submits false information, uses the site maliciously, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by Pinlio, access may be restricted or terminated without notice or justification, and Pinlio may pursue legal remedies.

26. All intellectual property rights—photos, recipes, code, methods, designs, logos, writings, etc.—on Pinlio.com and related domains belong to Pinlio or are licensed from rights holders. No content may be used, republished, processed, copied, transmitted, or publicly communicated without permission. Violations may result in legal action.

27. All economic rights to the above‑described Content, including photos, recipes, code, program flow, and visuals, may not be used beyond personal purposes or broadcast via any medium, including online, radio, TV, satellite, cable, etc.

28. Users may quote public content within reasonable limits by providing attribution and linking to the original. Reasonable use means a brief summary that does not substitute for visiting Pinlio.com. Full excerpts require written permission.

29. By submitting any content—whether to Pinlio.com or its subdomains—the User grants Pinlio an irrevocable, royalty-free, unlimited license to reproduce, distribute, display, transmit via any medium or device, and use commercially or non-commercially, without limitation. While deleting content or closing an account for future use suffices to stop new uses, it does not retroactively remove previously licensed usage nor provide fees or compensation.

30. For content the User does not own rights to, proper attribution per Copyright Law is required, otherwise the User shall indemnify Pinlio for any losses.

31. Pinlio endeavors to keep the site free of viruses or harmful content, but is not liable for technical issues, damages, or losses resulting from visiting the site. Users are responsible for their own precautions.

32. Pinlio may change the structure, features, or services of the site at any time without prior notice.

33. While Pinlio strives for continuous service, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability. No liability is assumed for interruptions.

34. Pinlio is not liable for any data loss from its or third parties’ negligence; users are responsible for backing up content.

35. Some User information (email, IP, etc.) is mandatory; others are optional. Pinlio may retain such data indefinitely, even if deleted by the User, though IP data will be retained only within legal periods.

36. Pinlio takes data protection seriously but is not responsible for unauthorized access or alteration of stored data. System logs (IP, OS, browser, access time, etc.) are collected automatically and may be used anonymously or linked to User identity without consent, but will not be shared with third parties.

37. Pinlio will provide User data to official authorities upon legally valid request.

38. Cookies or similar tracking technologies may be stored on Users’ devices during visits to Pinlio.com. These do not store personal identities but session and usage data for recognition.

39. Pinlio may occasionally include links or advertisements for third-party sites. Pinlio does not control or accept liability for external sites’ content, policies, accuracy, or privacy practices.

40. Users wishing to receive updates, promotional messages, or announcements can subscribe to Pinlio’s mailing list. Unsubscription is available in settings.

41. This Agreement and any disputes arising from it are governed by Turkish law, and the courts and enforcement offices of Gaziantep shall have jurisdiction.

42. The parties agree that Pinlio’s records, including computer logs, email communications, and traffic data, constitute binding evidence under Turkish Civil Procedure Law Article 193 and that this clause forms an “Evidence Contract.”

43. Notifications to User shall be sent to the email address provided on registration; notifications to Pinlio shall be sent to the address specified below. If Users change their address/email, they must notify Pinlio in writing within 3 days; otherwise, previous contact details remain valid. Similarly, any changes made by Pinlio will be reflected in this Agreement. Emails from Pinlio shall be deemed delivered one day after sending.

44. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.

45. Failure to enforce any rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

46. This Agreement may be amended or updated at any time, without prior notice, as Pinlio adds features or receives user feedback. Users are advised to review it regularly.
